We make a living engaging with companies on AI strategy, governance, and the boring infrastructure work that makes AI actually ship. So we put a free working group in a Lakeville-area room. Owners and operators come. We answer questions in plain English. We teach the method. Most attendees never spend a dollar with us and that's completely fine — in fact it's the point. The owners who do eventually need real help find us because they already trust us. The owners who don't have just gotten better at AI for free. Both outcomes are wins.

If something we taught you ends up working — tell us. Tell your neighbor. Bring them next time. That's it. We're not building a customer list, we're building a room. The room is better when it has more honest people in it.
